YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assist Head of Controlling in monthly management reporting process (performing check of components reporting packages, consolidating reporting etc.)
Assist Head of Controlling in budget process – both on component and consolidated level
Perform financial analysis regarding Group or country performance on request
Perform business case analysis as decision basis for Senior Management
Prepare presentation material for Senior Management (e.g. budget/forecasts, reporting, shareholder meetings)
Prepare reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, maintain and ever-improve reporting and budgeting templates with a focus to maximize automatization of these processes
Track KPIs of Group and operating entities and perform requested analysis on trends
Assist other Group Managers (Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations and CFO) on performing ad hoc analysis and tasks

Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years management experience in either advisory/consulting, audit, controlling, accounting, corporate finance, banki
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve business and finance-related questions
Strong financial modelling and presentation drafting skills
Proficient user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Pro-active and entrepreneurial work approach
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work within a matrix structure with many countries and departments
Very good working knowledge of English (work in international environment)
Nice to have (not required): •SQL and VBA (MS Excel) working skills •Experience with working in/for Financial institutions •Power Query and Power BI
