YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Manage and take responsibility for country’s accounting, controlling, finance, liquidity and tax incl. management and supervision of the local accounting team
Prepare monthly managerial reporting and quarterly financial reporting incl. local consolidation in collaboration with the local accounting team
Prepare regular forecasting and annual budgets in collaboration with the Country Managing Director and Group Finance
Drive and ever-improve reporting and budgeting templates with a focus to maximize automatization of these processes
Perform business case analysis as decision basis for Country Managing Director and Group Finance
Lead the annual audit incl. local consolidation in cooperation with local auditors
Manage country’s tax position in collaboration with Group Tax manager and external tax advisors

Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ experience in either advisory/consulting, audit, controlling, accounting, corporate finance, banking
Leadership and team management experience and strong team-working skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve business and finance-related questions
Strong financial modelling and presentation drafting skills
Proficient user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Pro-active and entrepreneurial work approach
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work within a matrix structure with many countries and departments
Very good working knowledge of English (work in international environment)
Nice to have (not required) - SQL and VBA (MS Excel) working skills
Nice to have (not required) - Experience with working in/for Financial institutions
